Our Commitment To Quality Is Continuous

The Specialist Services We Provide

Rising Damp Treatment

The materials we use are odourless, non-flammable, and do not attack bitumen or rubber. They have an Agreement Board Certificate which specifically includes their use on walls constructed of brick, stone, rubble, and notably flint.

Timber Treatment

Materials we use are all approved by English Nature, and have low mammalian toxicity. Materials used include those suitable for Common Furniture Beetle (Anobium Punctatum), and Death Watch Beetle (Xestobium Rufovillosum). In most instances re-entry can be in as little as 1 hour.

Basement Waterproofing

We have a range of materials available to use to enable basements to be dry, i.e. levels of dryness to residential or archive standards as defined in BS 8102 Guide 3 and 4. They can be essential to complement our rising damp treatments where there are high ground or floor levels.

Dry Rot Treatment

Dry Rot (Serpula lacrymans), and other fungal attacks are surveyed by experienced surveyors and an assessment is made of the remedial works required in detail. Costs can then be identified at survey stage reducing, or eliminating, the need for 'exposure work' prior to commencement of contracts.
